The Schwarzkopf Irish Hairdressing Business Awards took place on Monday (24th October) in the Mansion House, Dublin and Northern Irish salons and hairdressers triumphed in two categories.
With Paul Stafford Hairdressing's two Belfast salons (Lisburn Road and Stranmillis) and two of Paul's trainees, Kevin Kahan's Bangor salon and Keith Kane's salon in Carryduff in the running for awards at this prestigious ceremony, we had high hopes for our local talent- and we weren't disappointed!
Paul Stafford Hairdressing's star of the future Conor McCullough was announced as Ulster Trainee of the Year and Kevin Kahan was awarded Ulster Salon of the Year for his Bangor hair salon.
We're sending a big congratulations to both salons and in particular Conor and Kevin- well done boys, you've done us proud!
A special mention also has to go to Debbie Louise Woods who was shortlisted alongside Conor for the Ulster Trainee of the Year Award, and Paul Stafford's Lisburn Road Salon and Stranmillis Road Salon which were both shortlisted for the All-Ireland Salon Design of the Year Award- having four entries short-listed in two categories is pretty impressive!
