The clothes on the catwalk may be the stars of the show but it's the creative teams behind the scenes at fashion shows that can make or break a catwalk presentation. Fabulous hair and dramatic make-up create that extra edge of high fashion that will truly wow an audience.
Denise McCluskey and her team from Michele International, who coiffed the models hair for the Saturday night show at West Coast Cooler FASHIONWEEK unleashed their creativity with some dramatic styles to close the show (pictured above).
The stunning Jude Nabney pictured left during the House of Fraser section with her statement short bob shape dressed out with lots of texture for the main part of the show and then transformed for the hair show top left with hair pieces and dramatic make-up by Paddy McGurgan.
Upstyles with hairpieces and dressed hair with buckets of texture and volume might be a little more extreme than your regular Christmas party hairdo but these are, after all, more dramatic for the catwalk. A more toned-down version would be the perfect accessory for that little black dress at the Christmas party.
