Prince is coming to Dublin. Get tickets – go see this show – it will be astounding.

I've seen Prince live four times – twice in the old Point Depot in Dublin, twice during his 21 day stint at the O2 and should probably say I saw him five times as he also played the aftershow party at the O2 on the second attempt – he didn't show for the first one so we came back another day!

If you're into Prince there's just no question whether you should go to this concert or not - it has to be. It's a moment in time that cannot pass without being noted and experienced. It will be incredible. If you're thinking – yeah he's cool, maybe not 'fam' but you like a funky tune and appreciate exceptional musical talent - it will still be amazing. Go with a Prince fan – heck – come with me! You will leave in awe.

The press info says – Tickets for Prince's unmissable Dublin show go on sale Friday 27th of May at 9am.

Sometime I chuckle at the words like 'unmissable' being used. This time – it's for real.

I loved this quote from the press release - Prince gave strong advice at a press conference when announcing his plans for his US tour; "Bring your friends, bring your children, and bring foot spray, because it's going to be funky."
