Can live music in Belfast get any better in 2011? With Belsonic, Tennents ViTal this summer and the MTV awards to come, The Sugahfix Gals gasped when we heard one of our favourite live acts will be coming to Belfast in November.
We'll be pulling on our parkas and skinny jeans for the return of Kasabian on Friday 25th November at The Odyssey Arena.
Kasabian take their new 'Velociraptor!' LP on the road and 'Days Are Forgotten' has already been chosen as the soundbed for the new Sky Sports football season TV ad.
Velociraptor is out September 16th through Columbia and includes stompers 'Switchblade Smiles' and 'Days Are Forgotten' and the band have already been wracking up those youtube hits for the 'Switchblade Smiles' video.
The Deluxe version includes a DVD of their live show at the O2, Dublin on 27 November 2009.
Having seen Kasabian play live at Tennent's ViTal and St Georges Market – the K boys always play a storming set packed with pure rock 'n' roll energy.
Tickets go on sale this Friday 9th September at 9.00am.
