The couture dresses by Lizzie Agnew - proprietor of Atelier, Queen's Arcade, shared the runway with Atelier's boutique labels at Belfast Fashion Week. Famed for their dresses Atelier's ranges include the iconic Stop Staring range, Laura Lees, Jovanna of London, Prophecy, Traffic People and brand new label Eucalyptus.
Lizzie's vintage-inspired creations have gained her acclaim for her bridal and special occasion dresses in shorter lengths, which can be very difficult to find in a typical bridal boutique.
We loved the adorable posie (pictured left) created with vintage broaches by Atelier's own jewellery and acessory designer Sharon Hay.
Show stylist Danielle Hibbert of Fashion Pharmacy commented, "The talented designs from local designer Lizzie Agnew and the boutique lables from Atelier came in a range of pretty pastels from dusty blues, grey and of course this seasons hottest shade, nude. Her girly shapes and flowing fabrics gave each dress its own individuality. To wear one of Lizzie's dresses makes you feel utterly feminine and totally girlie. The dresses from Atelier are on all our 'must-have' lists for summer parties and events."
