The finale evening of Magners Light Fall for Fashion celebrated Northern Ireland's fashion design talent.
Thanks to backing from Belfast City Council and The European Regional Development Fund local fashion designers from established designers to emerging talent showed their next season collections to huge acclaim.
Una Rodden, Grainne Maher Millinery, Riona Treacy, Katie Wilson, Keith Houston, Maria Cardenas, Maryrose McGrath, Christopher O'Reilly and Niki Charlton gave a sneak peak into their Spring/Summer 2011 collections and made us all wish we could skip a season and go straight to Spring.
Show Stylist Sara O'Neill said "Friday night at Fall for Fashion showcased the wealth of talent we have here in Northern Ireland. I was so excited to see the collections designers had put together for the show - beautiful pieces from Una Rodden and Riona Treacy to more avant-garde fashion from London College of Fashion students' Christopher O'Reilly and Niki Charlton. Christopher's collection was particularly interesting as it highlighted NI's troubled past in a very unique way - it was probably the first time Belfast has ever seen a swarovski-studded riot helmet!".
The Sugahfix Gals fashion moments were all loved-up in lace - with Sara styling models in lace masks, Una Rodden's lace pussycat bows (pictured left) and Grainne Maher's lace applique details on her hats - we're totally loving lace!
