The OUTLET set The Sugahfix Gals a 'Bargainista challenge' to create a 'lookbook' of all the key SS10 season trends available right now from their stores. While skeptics might say it would be easy to find individual items like a fabulous shoe or a gorgeous dress - the Sugahfix challenge was to put together total outfits from head to toe and we have to say - it was actually pretty easy with all the gorgeous stock to pick from.
We put together 22 fabulous on-trend looks with crazy bargains like the Luella dress reduced from £495 to £49.95 and the most flattering harem style trousers I've come across in Oasis at a 'go crazy!' price of just £5! Nautical, Double Denim, Khaki, Tribal, Nude, Floral, Animal print - we found them all - and more!
Whether you need a whole new outfit for a special occasion or you just need a great dress or a pair of shoes to put the finishing touches to your look - the savings to be had at The OUTLET are simply amazing! Often saving over half of the original price.
For example our double denim look with denim jacket and tan leather satchel from Oasis, dress from Pilot and Espadrilles from LK Bennett originally would have cost £188.99 but at The OUTLET the total was just £77.99 a whopping saving of £111!
At The OUTLET you can even indulge your designer desires at The Designer Studio with your last chance to pick up Luella pieces - some at less that £50 and fabulous Armani and DKNY items, Calvin Klein underwear and the LK Bennett store is a must shop for anyone looking for an outfit for a wedding or the races. The shoe selection alone is worth the trip!
It can be tempting to just do a speed shop around the Oasis outlet
but a hunt around stores like Shoe Fair, The Jeanery, Mexx, Kurt
Muller and Pilot is well worth it as they are all stocked with fashion
treasures to discover.
Trend Tips: The Bargainista shopper knows how to work the trends so
here are a few key tips on making the big trends of Spring Summer 2010
work for you.
Nudes: From Dove grey to peachy nude tones - this trend might
initially seem a little scary for pale skins but the rule is - try them
on! There is a nude tone out there for you! The initial instinct might
be to accessorise with black, which is great if you need to wear opaques
but if you're flashing some flesh opt for purple accessories to add a
pop of intense colour and completely lift the whole look. Bluey purple
work best for peachy/flesh tones while more grape tones look stunning
with cool silvery greys.
Khaki: be it Utility chic, safari or sporty - Khaki can be worn
in a number of ways. Add a pop of colour by wearing your khaki with a
neon bright - hot pink, yellow or orange . Layer it up with animal print
- it fits the whole safari theme and if you love animal print but are
afraid to wear it incase you look a bit too Bet Lynch - a leopard print
scarf, snake print shoe or bag looks fabulous with khaki and don't be
afraid to mix up your animal prints - go wild!
Red for Go! Adding red accessories to your outfit is a sure fire
way to rev up the style. Add a glossy red patent belt to a monochrome
dress, a red bag or channel your inner Dorothy with some red shoes.
