Ah TEN shun!
Shoulders back, head up and quick march yourself to the shops to snap up some of this season's hottest military looks.
This trend is at the forefront of the war on fashion, troops, and we're taking no prisoners when it comes to sourcing our 10 of the best looks for you.
The High Street's salute to a/w's designer-led military theme takes in everything from cavalry jackets with embellished shoulders and fringed epaulettes to simple accessories such as khaki coloured handbags and winter hats.
For a head-to-toe Cheryl Cole homage, wear a military jacket over a vest top and team it with skinny jeans and high heels.
Or toughen up a flimsy party dress with a jacket for an autumnal twist on the 'leather-jacket-over-summer-dress' look.
Personally, we Sugahfix gals aren't always as groomed as Ms Cole, in which case we'll be snuggling inside our parkas on those bad-hair-days days when we're in need of some urban camouflage.
Other items we'd had under surveillance include khaki and brown shorts and mini skirts, which look great worn with opaque or coloured tights and flat-heeled worker boots for an androgynous GI Jane vibe, or combined with girly flounces and ruffles for a more feminine look.
It's possible to join the ranks of military stylistas without going all Sgt. Pepper, just grab a pair of combat trousers (which, by our reckoning, are now making their third comeback since the early 1990s) and a funky tee and you're good to go.
We're loving the clothes currently on parade, but don't go overboard, it's possible to fall in with this fashion trend without going the full metal jacket.
