West Coast Cooler FASHIONWEEK drew to a close on Saturday 18 October with catwalk shows from retail giants and high street favourites, and topped off with the Belfast City Council Fashion & Retail Awards 2008.
House of Fraser opened the show and covered everything for work, rest and play from statement coats, designer wardrobe must-haves to classy workwear right thought to edgy and on-trend partywear.
French Connection sparkled and shone with stunning sequinned shifts and essential party dresses. Sister brand Great Plains showcased indispensable coats and softly tailored suits.
Debuting at FASHIONWEEK was Parisian label Kookai, whose soft knits, faux furs and suede fabrics oozed Parisian sophistication.
Dotted throughout the catwalk shows, nominated boutiques, designers, managers and shopping centres were rewarded for their efforts in contributing to retail in Belfast and beyond. Check out The Juice for the details of winners.
