The SAG awards had some fabulous red carpet glamour on show. Blue was the colour of the moment - notably Kate Winslet's royal blue gown with plunging cleavage though we're not quite so sure on the shape. Kate might be working with Titanic co-star Leonardo DiCaprio again in Revolutionary Road but her figure is certainly a revolution since her more ample figure Titanic and this dress shows off her slim shape in a strangely non-flattering way...hmmm.

Not so notable was Angelina Jolie's rather bland dress that just screamed "don't bother taking my picture - I know Kate's gonna win". Oh dear. She could have at least added some show-stopper earrings and a clutch to add a little Hollywood dazzle - very disappointing Angie. Marcia Cross looked anything but a Desperate Housewife in our favourite look - a stunning gown by Carolina Herrera.

We loved the drama of Marisa Tomei's one shoulder dress by the ever elegant Ellie Saab but the colour was a little washed out for Tomei's gorgeous caramel skin. We thought it looked very similar to this cute and sassy number from River Island (pictured above right) and with its punchy yellow - it would have been much more suitable for the star of the The Wrestler.

The Devil Wears Prada star Emily Blunt wore a shimmering Pamella Roland gown but we think she used our Sasha as her style icon for the night - wise choice!
