Autumn/Winter 2011's hottest fashion trends were all about embracing the great outdoors

The Sugahfix gals headed to the Cooley Mountains and Ravensdale Forest to showcase the Autumn/Winter collections available at Marshes Shopping Centre in Dundalk.

Essential items included Navajo-inspired prints, autumnal-toned tweeds, soft cosy knits and awesome animal print.

Nature's favourite tone is the the perfect base from soft greens to mossy hues – pair with snake print accessories for an edgy twist, or warm tan tones for a classic effect.

Animal print is a must – and only faux is fabulous! Faux fur leopard print coat from River Island adds extra warmth and instant glam to any outfit from rock chick looks to sparkly party dresses.

Snake print jeans from Heaven Boutique sold out after being featured on the ad campaign for the Jeanius Idea event and we spotted their 'must-have' potential on the rail – cut to flatter and hug your curves in all the right places!

Chunky Navajo knit from Exhibit (pictured left) is a great winter warmer, layer over light-as-a-feather chiffon and pair with claret toned skinny jeans and fur-trimmed boots. For extra cuteness look out for animal themed gloves and hats – we loved the little fox mittens from River Island that can be unbuttoned when you need to free up your fingers for texting and nibbling sweet treats!

You may have spotted these images on billboards around Newry and Dundalk on the Marshes Shopping Centre Autumn Winter ad campaign – look out for our gorgeous Holly in the Marshes Christmas campaign too – we love!!
