Time and again, Una Rodden impresses and amazes the fashion cognoscenti with her stunning tailoring and seemingly never-ending capacity for providing something new and desirable each season.
And a love of her own city was the inspiration behind some of the most impressive outfits in her Belfast FASHIONWEEK catwalk collection.
Una commissioned textile designer Katie Brown to print images of Belfast onto her eveningwear fabrics and came up with a collection that featured a one-shoulder evening dress; a drape-waist coat; a cashmere cape and high-waisted skirt and a cowl-neck drape dress.
A stunning idea that was beautifully executed, this collection will go down as one of Una's most beautiful, and also most inspiring.
The Belfast-based designer never puts a fashionable foot wrong, so it's hard to pick the highlights in what was a stunning collection of cocktail and evening dresses, featuring fluid lines, luxurious fabrics and rich colours.
But in amongst the fringing and feathers, taffeta and shells motifs, we loved what she created out of those almost-abstract, and sensationally colourful, Belfast prints.
