Emma Klewchuk is the green-minded entrepreneur behind the enterprise and after a pop-up in Belfast’s ReFound building last month, she’s bringing the concept back for just 2 days on Saturday 10 November (doors open at 10am) and Sunday 11 November.
“Recycle Boutique NI is the place to find and sell previously loved clothing,” explains Emma. “We stock everything from vintage to the everyday basics and the best part is that you make a profit.
“We take on all of your previously-loved, currently-unwanted items of clothing and sell them, so you can bag 50% of the profit on each item. As a bonus, any piece that isn’t in the best condition for resale can be worked into something new altogether.”
Green Living has a few party dresses for sale in the boutique and we can confirm that the whole process works a treat – you get to shift some of your old clothes, someone else gets to enjoy them, and you make a bit of money into the bargain. At the last pop-up there were designer items, a Lipsy party dress (that one was Green Living’s!) as well as some vintage items, Dolce & Gabbana shoes and a stunning Reiss coat.
