The penultimate show in the Appletiser StyleFIX summer tour took place at the last Saturday in Victoria Square. Audience members were treated to mini make overs from the beauty teams at House of Fraser, lots of fashion from the stores in Victoria Square as well as plenty of deliciously refreshing Appletiser, made from 100% fruit juice.
Belfast FASHIONWEEK Director Cathy Martin and celebrity make up artist Paddy McGurgan shared some of their industry know how and the catwalk shows debuted some of the key late summer and early autumn trends including military chic and lace as well as knee high socks and cute capes - a fashion must this autumn.
The style at Victoria Square was laid back chic with Appletiser StyleFIX model Jenny Curran looking like she should be papped for Heat rather than style spotted for Sugahfix.com! That slouchy chic blazer, print tee and denim shorts showing off fabulous legs and heels? Wowzers!
Skinny jeans with chunky boots kept the rain off stylish toes. Grey and taupe were popular colour choices for an elegant edge to a relaxed look.
Oversized shoulder bags are essential for shopping in Victoria Square - somewhere to stash all those fabulous purchases.
We also noted that flats are the key footwear for Belfast city centre Saturday shoppers - from pretty pumps for gorgeous gladiators these gals are ready to cover the square footage required for their retail therapy.
