Friday at Belsonic 09

Friday at Belsonic was a much milder day so legs were out on show with the last chance to throw a bit of fake tan on those pins and make the most of the fact that it was still ‘summer'!

Scarves made a statement in bright colours and prints. Bags were slouchy and worn across the body or a quilted structured shape with chain shoulder strap added a touch of Chanel-style glitz to a laid-back look.

Flats were de rigor with white plimsoles, converse, chunky trainers and vintage-style leather boots adding comfort and warmth while those who braved the chilly evening wore their gladiator sandals to give them a last outing before autumn.

Long-line t-shirts and cardigans were worn over denim shorts, leggings or skinny jeans.

Jackets were essential with boyfriend blazers and leather biker jackets and a sprinkle of sequins added just enough glitz. Stripes and crests paid homage to the nautical trend. Brightly coloured hooded tops added extra warmth and the option to cover up and keep out the cold and the rain if the weather changed.
