ghd brought their Destiny tour to Belfast to create a VIP event for their key stockist salons in Northern Ireland. The ghd Destiny tour launched the new Destiny limited edition stylers in four vibrant colours. Red for Lust, Green for Envy, Purple for Indulgence and Blue for Serenity.

The venue for the event - Ollie's nightclub at the Merchant Hotel added a touch of underground decadence to the proceedings.

As always when you bring together a group of hairdressers - you expect fashion-forward style, edgy haircuts and even edgier colour. We spotted lots of glossy vibrant hair colours with flashes of purple and blue for extra punch.

Black was the prevalent colour - tends to go with the territory for hairdressers - but of course the most stylish wear their monochrome with an extra flourish.

And while they might stand on their feet all day - there is no doubt that the fashionista hairstylist love their shoes. Peep toe ankle boots and cage-style super-high heels were the footwear of note.

Tailored jackets worn over slouchy printed tees and bold print maxi dresses were also a key look on the night.
