Ulster Tatler People of the Year Awards 09 |

The Ulster Tatler People of the Year awards were held at the Waterfront Hall on Thursday 24th September and hosted by BBC personalities and colleagues Sarah Travers and Gerry Anderson who welcomed everyone to the second year of the awards, created last year by Ulster Tatler magazine to recognise people from all walks of life in Northern Ireland.
Befitting the black tie event - ladies were dressed to the nines in satin, sequin, lace and chiffon. Full length gowns were elegant and dramatic with shorter cocktail dresses added a youthful edge and showed off pretty pins.
The gals did well at the awards with Deirdre Brady of Tiny Life winning Business Woman of the Year, Martina Kelly of Rebel hair winning Hairdresser of the Year, Lisa Millar of Beauty Culture scooping the gong for Health & beauty consultant of the year and our Sugah Pal Cathy Martin whose wedding we featured right here on Sugahfix in the Style Spotter section, won the title of Bride of the year.
Although we have to mention our old uni pal Fiona Hurley and PR gal Anna Morris - we heart them all - we're just glad it wasn't us having to choose! Mwah!
