The style at the Frock Around The Clock vintage fair is always inspiring and totally covetable. While we're there to shop – we usually see gals wearing things we want to snatch right off their backs!
We were spoilt for choice at Augusts' fair, which was uber busy and packed with a host of stylish gals in a frenzy of shopping for essential fashion items for Autumn and cute homewares.
We always make a beeline for Kelly McLean and Claire McEvoy of the Vintage Bride as they're always wearing something vintage and always with their own personal twist – we love these gals! And they're darn good hair and make-up gals too! We had them hard at work before the fair opened styling the hair of our two models for a vintage photoshoot (you can have a sneak peak at the shoot currently on the homepage) and the utterly adorable Orlaith Harte (pictured left) – our fave vintage fashionista from Newry looked super-cute in her polka-dot shorts andred cardi – the Jackie O hair is courtesy of Kelly and glam vintage make-up by Claire.
We spotted some show stopping shoes and quite a few Irregular Choice which always a brand we see at the fairs – we love! Polka dot and stripes in navy white and red was a popular look even worn by fair organiser Becky Moore who is always perfectly turned out.
A few forward thinking fashionistas were already in their AW trends - we loved the moss green pleated maxi skirt – stunning! Floral print was a huge look and an instant way to add a feminine edge to your outfit. Steal the style of the most stylish gals by mixing up stripes, spots, prints and pattern but ensure the colours are perfectly matched!
P.S. We're ridiculously excited about the Frock Around The Clock vintage fair coming to Newry on Sunday 11th September at Bellini's - it's going to be amazing!!
