The fair is being run with two main aims in mind – to help raise funds for the Green Party in Northern Ireland and to provide a showcase for local arty types, vintage fiends and crafters to sell their handmade, home-crafted and upcycled work.
Plus, it gives local shoppers the opportunity to snap up something unusual and not mass produced, anything from jewellery to soap, cupcakes to speciality breads.
Sugahfix’s own Trends Editor Andrea McVeigh and her friend Marion Hawkes will be among the 20-or-so stall holders there – they’ll be selling vintage goods as well as handmade cards and quirky embroidery works, so look out for them and say hi!
There’ll also be some fantastic furniture and vintage finds from At Home with the Ugly Duckling, as well as handbags made from recycled clothing and fabric from Second Bloom; candles from Scentsy and vintage clothes and handmade jewellery from Curiosity Cured.
