The absolutely gorgeous Finola Guinnane was crowned Appletiser Miss Northern Ireland in the early hours of the morning on Tuesday 14th June in the grand ballroom at the Europa Hotel in Belfast.

Finola, 22, from Belfast, is and a student and beat off stiff competition from twenty two other finalists to walk away with this year's crown plus thousands of pounds worth of prizes including an all-expenses paid, month long trip representing Northern Ireland in this year's Miss World contest.

She said: "I am absolutely thrilled to win, it's just so exciting and surprising all at once! There were some amazing girls in the competition so it's so good to be the one that the judges picked to represent Northern Ireland at Miss World. I'm really looking forward to a fun but hard-working year and I intend to do my best for everyone. My family will be so proud!"

We're so pleased for Finola whose class and elegance will serve her well at the Miss World final. Finola has graced the pages of Sugahfix.com Fashion Shows section at Belfast FASHIONWEEK and at Newry Style City fashion show earlier this year.
