The countdown to Christmas never truly begins at Sugahfix HQ until we've seen the Marks and Spencer and Coca Cola Christmas ads. On Sunday night we saw the new M&S Christmas advert featuring the X Factor finalists and it made us feel all warm and fuzzy inside! We particularly loved local gal Janet Devlin's voice- it sounds beautiful on 'When You Wish Upon a Star', what a perfect song for her.

We heart the new advert and it's a real coup for M&S to get the X Factor guys and gals to star in their Christmas campaign, but it's great for the X Factor too because it gets everyone talking. It will hopefully raise the profile of the Charity single by the X Factor finalists as all the proceeds made from sales of the song go to the charity 'Together for Short Lives' which provides support to young people affected by illness and their families.

It's such a clever idea that each week the advert will be edited in line with the Sunday night eliminations- we can't wait to see who's left in the ad in the final week of X Factor!
