Robin Hood festival, Nottingham. 2-8 August
Jesters, jousters, music and theatre will be bringing Sherwood Forest and the historic village of Edwinstowe alive this summer. Following the release of the Robin Hood film in May 2010, this years Robin Hood festival is set to be one to remember.

Chatsworth, Derbyshire
The home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire is set in the magnificent landscape of Derbyshire's Peak District National Park. It was used in the 2006 movie ‘Pride and Prejudice' as Pemberley, Mr Darcy's family home and also features in the film The Duchess about, the life of 18th century aristocrat Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire. The 105 acre garden, a magical landscape, beautiful in all seasons, has evolved over more than 450 years. There are miles of walks amongst rare trees, shrubs, formal hedges, temples, sculptures, streams and ponds. In the heart of the garden is a huge yew maze.


Silverstone, Northamptonshire
Having hosted the first modern day Grand Prix in 1950, this internationally renowned motorsport venue continues to enjoy a prominent position in the history of motorsport.

The newly developed, fast and demanding circuit provides excellent viewing for the fans and this year hosts the Formula 1 Santander British Grand Prix. The event is a great day out, suitable for the whole family with Entertainment Zones and Air shows running alongside the main action on the track.

4. Travel must be taken to coincide with the festival event allocated to each winner. This is not negotiable. Route may vary due to timetable changes.
