Hi Sugah Gals,

I went to the opening evening of the action film 'Salt' and rocked up to the 14 screen Grove theatre which is also a stunning outdoor, 575,000 sq ft shopping mall with everything from Abercrombie and Fitch to Jimmy Choo - total girly heaven.

The first showing was sold out, so we had an hour to spend in the shops and walking around was great as it is a hot bed for the stereotypical LA types, great fun people watching.

In Nordstorm i met a man walking his CAT on a leash. Everyone dresses their dogs in LA and thats fine, in LA that's normal but walking a cat in a crowded area is a little nuts for me!  They got so much attention from the public, maybe that's why. My cat Bella would hate it.

We then went to get a good seat in the cinema, to find out there was a queue outside as it was first come first served. When we walked outside and saw the back of the queue was about 100meters away, thankfully the theatre was massive and our seats were still pretty good.

Salt premiered at number 2 in the box office taking over $43.5 million. I have to admit, I loved the film and enjoyed Angelina Jolie playing a tough Russian spy with lots of action and a good twist that kept me on the edge of my seat. I'd defintely recommend it.

lucy-draisI went to check out the nightlife in LA with my hubby and Jennifer O'Neill, who you met in the 2nd week of Lucy in LA LA Land. We went to Drai's Nightclub on the top of the very fabulous W Hotel in Hollywood.

If you love clubbing and dancing, inside is perfect for you. But if like me, you are not too keen on loud music, crowded areas and crazy dancers then the rooftop pool is the perfect place to chill out. It gives you the best of both worlds. The patio pool resembles a penthouse roof garden both sides boasting custom cabanas and it's sweeping 20,000 square feet of unparalleled views of the Hollywood Hills, The Capital Records building and the Hollywood Sign. This really is the jewel crown of nightlife in LA and is often frequented by many of the top young Hollywood starlets like LiLo and the cast of "The Hills". Drinks start at $12 and the dress code is quite stylish, I was a little worried about what to wear, but I pulled on my £350 Cream Silk Emporio Armani Jacket which I got for an amazing £45 from The OUTLET, Banbridge it has saved my life so many times and worked a treat once again - happy days! Check out the clubs website hollywood.drais.net

lucy-poolpartyI'm constantly turning my head with all the celeb spotting in LA - on the street, in the club - even at traffic lightsP-diddy, Puff Daddy, Sean Combs or whatever his name is this week was being chauffeur driven home in black Cadillac Escalade from the Teen Choice awards at the weekend. We were beside his car and I happened catch a glimpse of his diamond "bling" earrings before i recognised him! I tried to get a picture when we stopped at the lights but P Diddy really did not look very happy and his chauffeur was twice the size of Matt and we were not going to mess around with him and his entourage!

Talking of celebrities when I was in Beverly Hills a mob of paparazzi ran passed papping Jennifer Garner and her kids. No sign of her husband Ben Affleck though. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, the paparazzi were running around snapping every step of her and her kids. There really is no privacy here when you are famous, but she seemed to handle it really well. I'm surprised they can even run with the size of some of their camera equipment!

I now have to prepare for tomorrow, it's just a UK Exclusive from the fabulous Smashbox Studios in Hollywood. Ladies I hope you are as excited as I am, but, i really nervous too! Look out for my video blog behind the scenes at Smashbox next week. Can't wait!

Mwah!
