 The Active Floor on the ground level incorporates a stunning 20 metre Swimming Pool and Vitality Pool, which enjoy the magnificent views of the coastline, with adjacent Amethyst Steam Room, Rock Sauna and Drench showers. A high-tech Fitness Studio is available for the more active minded, or the Zen Studio, which offers a range of classes, including Yoga and Tai Chi. For a healthy bite to eat, guests can choose from a light menu in Horizon Juice Bar or something more substantial in the Lighthouse Lounge.
On the first floor of the Spa, guests are transported to a zone of complete peace and tranquillity. A luxurious range of ESPA holistic therapies have been created to truly balance mind, body and soul and can be enjoyed in any one of the 16 treatment suites, each with individual mood lighting, sensory showers and luxuriously comfortable treatment beds. ESPA treatments fuse advanced techniques with ancient therapies to deliver the best bespoke therapeutic experiences in the world.
 Spa guests are invited to begin their journey at least 45 minutes before their treatment to relax and indulge in a choice of thermal heat experiences, which include single sex Rock Saunas, Amethyst Steam Rooms and Vitality Pools and to sink into the fully adjustable beds with personal lighting and music controls in the tranquil surroundings of the sumptuous Relaxation Rooms. Here a range of refreshments, fresh fruit, nuts and healthy snacks are on hand. This truly is a destination Spa of repute.

The Winter Rescue Spa Experience is available for the month of February from £105 and includes ESPA Full Body Salt and Oil Exfoliation, ESPA Skin Rescue Boutique Facial, and an ESPA Full Body Aromatherapy Massage with Heated Essential Oils, followed by a delicious light lunch in the Hastings Juice Bar.
